We’re delighted to welcome you to New Year’s Eve at Mea Via.

When booking, guests will be asked to choose between 

our special tasting menu, created exclusively for New Year’s Eve, or our standard menu.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please read the information below before booking.

Arrival & Seating

Doors will open from 5:00pm.
Guests are asked to arrive promptly at their reserved time, allowing us to maintain the natural rhythm of the evening and guide each table through their experience at a relaxed pace.

Bookings are intentionally limited to create a calm, personal atmosphere.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all bookings.

Tasting menu: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will incur a charge equal to the full tasting menu price per person. 

The same applies in the event of a no-show.

À la carte bookings: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will incur a charge.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies

The tasting menu is a set menu, carefully designed for the evening.

We understand that some guests may have dietary requirements or allergies, 

and we will always do our best to accommodate where possible. 

Please contact us before booking to discuss your needs, so we can advise honestly on whether adjustments can be made without compromising the experience.

Drinks

Drinks are not included in the tasting menu price.

Guests may choose:

An optional drink pairing designed to complement each course, or

Selections from our curated list of Italian wines, cocktails, and soft drinks available on the night.

Our team will be happy to guide you through the options.

An optional 10% service charge will be added to the final bill.
