Important Dining Information

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our one-night-only 

Testing Menu event at Mea Via on Monday 28th July. 

To ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you read the following information before booking.

Arrival & Seating
Doors will open at 6:00pm. 

Guests are asked to arrive promptly at the time of their individual booking. 
This helps us maintain the rhythm of the evening and allows our team to guide each table through the menu at a comfortable pace. 

We’ve intentionally limited the number of bookings to ensure a more personal and relaxed service, this is not a rushed sitting. 
Each table is reserved for the entire evening.

Ticket Policy
Tickets are refundable up to 5 days before the event (by  23rd July). 

Should you need to cancel after this point, tickets are unfortunately non-refundable. However, you are very welcome to transfer your booking to someone else, just let us know the name change in advance so we can update the reservation accordingly.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
The menu has been thoughtfully created for this event and is set for the evening. 

That said, we completely understand that some guests may have dietary requirements or allergies, and we are happy to accommodate them wherever possible. 

We do ask that you contact us before booking to discuss your needs. This ensures we can give you an honest and respectful answer on whether we are able to adapt the menu appropriately, without compromising the overall experience.

Drinks
Please note that drinks are not included in the ticket price. 
A carefully selected list of wines, cocktails and soft drinks will be available to order on the night. 
Our team will be happy to guide you through the options and recommend pairings that suit the menu.

The Experience
This event is designed as an intimate, elegant dining experience, one that allows space for conversation, curiosity, and appreciation of every course. 

The restaurant will be open for this event only, with no walk-ins or other bookings. By keeping things small, we hope to offer the kind of evening we ourselves would want to be invited to.

Age Policy
This is an adults-only event.
